Customers are charged hourly rates for travel and labor plus parts and freight, and repairs are done onsite.

Service Contracts — All annual service plans include unlimited repairs, parts and labor (excluding printheads and consumables), travel time, technical support, and preventative maintenance. Our factory-trained technicians arrive onsite with parts in hand, boasting a 96% first time fix rate.
