Time and Materials Repair — Onsite time and materials repair offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on your barcode printer equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly. Customers are charged hourly rates for travel and labor plus parts and freight, and repairs are done onsite.

Service Contracts — All annual service plans include unlimited repairs, parts and labor (excluding printheads and consumables), travel time, technical support, and preventative maintenance. Our factory-trained technicians arrive onsite with parts in hand, boasting a 96% first time fix rate.
